At Janicki Holistic Healing, we provide online, virtual therapy for adults in the states of Delaware, Florida, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. We are a fully remote private practice, giving you the flexibility to do therapy from the comfort of your own home or office!

For couples therapy, you get the choice whether you’d like to log onto your call together or separately. At Janicki Holistic Healing, we always encourage and emphasize the “art of the pause” and giving yourselves space after a couples therapy session.

    • We meet you where you’re at and respect your pace and timing - no pushiness on any specific modalities over here!

    • During the course of couples therapy, you will have the opportunity to meet with your couples therapist individually for separate check-ins

    • Relational, psychodynamic, and IFS/parts work informed care
