Have you worked in a toxic group practice before?

Were you underpaid, undervalued, underappreciated, or just downright disrespected?

Have you experienced narcissistic or antagonistic/controlling bosses in the workplace as a therapist?

Whether it be in group practice or community mental health - this is everywhere. At Janicki Holistic Healing, we wanted to create a safe space for therapists across the country to turn to in order to connect with other therapists that “get it”.

    • 3rd Monday of the month at 10AM EST

    • 4th Sunday of the month at 12PM EST

    It doesn’t matter what state you’re in - you are welcome to join the space and received support!

  • I priced this as a pay-what-you-can, tiered payment system. This allows some associate licensed therapists or lower-income folx to attend for free.

    Tier 1: $50 - saves your spot and sponsors someone else

    Tier 2: $35 - pays for your spot and throw $10 toward someone else’s spot

    Tier 3: $25 - base rate

    If cost is a barrier - please let us know, no proof of income require. We want you to find community and healing, this isn’t about the money for us!

    • You will be met with authenticity, compassion, and unconditional support.

    • We discuss cases individually and as a group.

    • We celebrate the wins - no matter how big or small. Whether it’s client progress or a professional win of your own, we love to hear it!

    • You are free to bring up clinical topics and other questions you have, both individually and as a group.

    • You will have access to all notes discussed in your supervision with Jay, whether it be individual or group supervision.

    • Weekly, biweekly, or monthly - whatever works best for you!
