Jay has worked in numerous mental health settings throughout their career, allowing them to draw from many different experiences/modalities learned to tailor therapy or coaching to clients’ needs. They feel that building rapport and sharing lived experience has been very meaningful when starting work with new clients. Jay specializes in LGBTQIA+ folx, narcissistic abuse, chronic pain & illness, and ADHD/neurodivergence. Jay brings their lived experience as a queer, neurodivergent, chronically ill individual into the space to help clients feel seen and understood.

Melanie has experience in multiple mental health settings, including nonprofit work and private practice. Mel is a relational therapist that pulls from multiple modalities to serve her clients. The passion, dedication, and commitment to client care that Melanie brings to the table is palpable. Melanie brings her own lived experience into the room as a queer & chronically ill person, helping clients navigating many challenging systems and life transitions. Melanie works with teenagers 16+ and adults. She also owns her own private practice, Rainbow Wellness, LLC!
