Licensure Supervision

Ever since Jay started working as a therapist, they couldn’t wait to become a supervisor. They always had a vision for helping other therapists grow and thrive as a pillar of their career - whether it be in working together as colleagues, or supporting those seeking some extra support. Jay has been working in private practice for their entire professional career and have had a range of experiences throughout multiple settings.

In licensure supervision at Janicki Holistic Healing, clinicians are encouraged to show up as their most authentic selves. Supervision, Humanity Included - you’re a human before you’re a therapist. Between so much that wasn’t taught in graduate school and unethical and toxic group practice behavior, Jay has seen a lot and seeks to bring their lived experience to the table.

    • You are free to bring up clinical topics and other questions you have, both individually and as a group.

    • You will have access to all notes discussed in your supervision with Jay, whether it be individual or group supervision.

    • Weekly, biweekly, or monthly - whatever works best for you!
