If you have met me before or know me in real life, you know that it has been one hell of a ride these past 15 years. After seeing numerous specialists, mixed messages with diagnoses, and trying multiple forms of treatment, I think I can say that I really have seen it all. There were moments I didn’t think I could carry on, but with my family, my friends, God, and the help of AA: I made it through.

I spent years practicing as a pharmacist until I had to stop working, but I still studied, read research, and maintained my pharmacy license. I have always has a yearning for learning and that hasn’t stopped.

Some treatments have helped, some have not. I have tried numerous routes of trying to maintain my health, and it was a roller coaster that I wanted to get off of for a bit. I needed to reassess.

I eventually got really sick with a GI condition that many did not have answers for. I saw many doctors, tried numerous things and my diet, nothing the doctors had suggested were working. That’s when I met my health coach, who has helped me immensely.
